RADIANT ELECTRIC BOILER

The biggest single problems with boilers used for radiant is entrapped air, either in the boiler, or the radiant system.
This is caused by the low flow, that is common with all radiant system. Most electric boilers have vertical chambers that trap air, requiring very high flows to dislodge. Burned out elements is common. This boiler has a small vent between the chambers to pass air on to the exit. Most other boilers designs, were actually designed for heating domestic water, with high flows and cold intakes. Remember the little bubbles when heating water in a pot, this is called kettling, and creates more air that must passed through, to protect the elements.

The heat exchangers are made of 304 stainless with other stainless alloys available. Our heating elements sheathing
material is 800 incoloy. The warranty on electrical parts is 2 years which to our knowledge is the longest in the industry.
Our units now meet the no brass rules that started in 2014 for potable water.
